P5 Life-wide Learning Project -the Reptile House

In this project, students visit the Reptile House in Tuen Mun.
There are 33 species comprising of 53 live exhibits in the House,
including Carpet Python, Woma Python, Ball Python, Green Tree
Python, Pig-nosed Turtle, Radiated tortoise. Asiatic Leaf Turtle,
Spider Tortoise, Black Pond Turtle , Spurred Tortoise, Mangrove
Monitor, Blue-tongued Skink, Ornate Spiny-tailed Lizard, Leopard
gecko and Chinese Water Dragon. Students have to do some online
research and online reading about the reptiles before and after the
trip. |
